At ELTA we are brought together by the same
love of teaching that we
share, support, stimulate and develop,
and have fun in doing so!
Our members are private and state school teachers working in primary and secondary education, students and University professors of English, and all ELT professionals who find the teaching world just the place to be in. Here is what some of them said. Why am I an ELTA member?
By becoming a member you can not only attend seminars and workshops, but also be a presenter of one. Your professional development may be recognised by the Ministry of Education.
You will receive relevant up-to-date info about ELT events in the region.
All ELTA members are entitled to a discount at the annual ELTA Conference. All first time speakers are entitled to presentation skills training and three of them attend the Conference for free.

You get a free copy of the quarterly magazine MELT and have a chance to share your best practices with colleagues by sending your article for the monthly newsletter at melt@elta.org.yu.
And there is a special opportunity for the young teachers to attend a course of study in the UK or elsewhere...
